HOW TO REGISTER

1. Isi dan lengkapi formulir registrasi di bawah

     Fill and complete the registration form

2. Setelah selesai, tekan tombol "submit" dan Anda akan menerima notifikasi

     Click submit to finish the registration, you will receive  notification

 3. Membayar biaya pendaftaran melalui transfer ke:

     Sesuai harga tiket aktifitas  yang dipilih (5K Run: Rp 150.000 atau Fun Bike: Rp 70.000) 

     Payments the registration fee by transfer to:

     A/N TAUZIA INTERNATIONAL

     according the price ticket of the activity  (5K Run: Rp 150.000 or Fun Bike: Rp 70.000).

4. Screenshot atau scan bukti transfer Anda dan kirim ke brandevent@tauzia.com dengan  subject email: HARRIS DAY 2019_NAMA_FUNBIKE /

     5K RUN

     Scan or screenshot the receipt send to brandevent@tauzia.com with  Subject email: HARRIS DAY 2019_NAME_DATE_ FUNBIKE/ 5K RUN

5. Anda akan menerima email konfirmasi bahwa pembayaran Anda sukses. Simpan atau print  email tersebut untuk diperlihatkan saat

     penukaran kupon doorprize/racepak ditanggal yang telah ditentukan

      collection and Fun Bike re-registration on the specified date.
